1. Login to milConnect. If you don’t have an account, you’ll have to register for a DS Logon. 2. Click the “Correspondence/Documentation” link from the top navigation bar. Submenu displays. 3. Click “eCorrespondence and Proof of Coverage" from the submenu. If your plan has a card, the option to print the card displays. You may view either a PDF or HTML version. Note: Not all TRICARE plans have enrollment cards. Your TRICARE enrollment card isn’t proof of eligibility. You must present your uniformed services ID card as proof of eligibility.
